Polina Mytko was born in Saint Petersburg, Russia. As a kid, she shows much interest to performing arts, attends Latin dance classes and modeling school. At the age of 14 she discovers Belly Dance and falls in love with the style. Polina takes her first Belly Dance classes in one of the dance schools in Minsk and shortly after starts performing at the parties and festivals in Belarus. At the same time she makes the first costumes and attends her first competitions.

After moving to Croatia in 2012, she takes dance classes in various dance styles, such as ballet, contemporary dance, vogue and aerial hoop and starts teaching Belly Dance in Zagreb. In 2016 she forms OrienTale group and performs with her students at different festivals and manifestations around Croatia. Also in 2016 Polina Mytko attends croatian talent show Supertalent at Nova TV and becomes a semi-finalist.

Shortly after she becomes an artistic director of Angels Dance Company, a group of dancers who perform at corporate events and local festivals, as well as in clubs and bars around croatian coast. Polina also becomes a choreographer of the group, creating different samba and cabaret shows for the girls, and a costume designer with over 400 costumes made during the past few years.

While being a part of the group, she develops her own style of the shows and creates different Belly Dance, Samba, Led and Fire Show acts based on the dance background she has. Polina’s shows are always very creative, colorful and fullfilled with fresh ideas and unexpected turns to occupy guests’ attention.

In 2018 she auditions for Ultra Angels and becomes a part of the group performing at Ultra Music festivals around the globe. As a part of Ultra Angels, Polina Mytko performs in Miami, Beijing, Singapore and Split. She learns from the best professionals in the industry and makes international friends.

From 2016 to these days Polina teaches at Centar plesa Split, performs around croatian coast and abroad and constantly creates new shows to entertain even the most demanding guest.
