RIBBON DANCE

Ribbon Dance creates flowing shapes in the air using a long ribbon attached to a stick.
The ribbon traces large spirals and waves that follow the movement across the stage.

The act is often performed on pointe shoes, adding an elegant ballet element to the choreography. Because the ribbon extends several meters through the air, enough space is required to allow the patterns to remain visible.
