Phoenix is one of the most dramatic theatrical acts in the repertoire.
The story follows the mythical cycle of birth, destruction, and rebirth.

PERFORMANCE GALLERY

The performance begins with the awakening of the phoenix, followed by large wing movements and fan veils that build the visual energy. Fire swords appear later in the act, and during the climax the phoenix symbolically burns before rising again.

Because fire liquid is used on the ground during the final scene, the floor must be non-flammable. Wooden floors cannot be used for this act. The choreography also requires wide space for wings and fire swords.
